Are you a fan of horror movies such as the classic A Nightmare on Elm Street? Well, you might want to check this out!

The Los Angeles house in Wes Craven's classic slasher film titled A Nightmare on Elm Street is now officially on sale for $3.25 million USD.

Reports say that home was used as the facade for the film’s protagonist. Fictionally known to be located at 1428 Elm Street but actually found in Spaulding Square, Los Angeles.

Lorene Scafaria, the director of the film Hustlers bought the Dutch Colonial-style home built in 1919 for $2.1 million back in 2013, keeping most of the white and green facade, except for the red front door that he turned to black.

“The whole neighborhood gets the tour bus treatment. People always get tickled when they see it,” said Douglas Elliman's Heather T. Roy, who is listing the home together with Learka Bosnak.

For those of you who are interested in buying the house will have until midnight on Halloween to send your offers.
