A Low-Pressure Area had developed over the eastern Pacific and is now affecting Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region. The weather system and a Shear Line will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. The LPA was last located at 1,055 km East of Mindanao.

Meanwhile, the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan affects Luzon and the rest of Visayas.

PAGASA recorded the most excellent temperature for Metro Manila as of today. On Tuesday morning, a minimum temperature of 20.2C was recorded at 6:10 AM at PAGASA Science Garden in Quezon City.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and the northern portion of Quezon, including Polillo Islands, will experience cloudy skies with light monsoon rains.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are forecast for Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and the rest of Visayas due to the Northeast Monsoon.

During the day, generally, fair weather condition is expected.

The rest of Mindanao will be affected by localized thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
