Toys 'R' Us becomes first PH retailer carrying sustainable Barbie line

In line with our goals for sustainability, Toys ‘R’ Us is the first toy retailer in the Philippines to carry the Barbie Loves the Ocean collection.
The product line is primarily made of 90% recycled ocean-bound plastic parts. It is also accompanied by the Beach Shack playset and accessories, created from over 90% recycled plastic.
“We are proud to launch Barbie Loves the Ocean in the Philippines. One of our goals is to encourage children to be more environmentally conscious and learn about sustainability early. Through this partnership, I believe we are a step closer to achieving this goal,” said Celina Chua, Group General Manager of Toy ‘R’ Us and Robinsons Department Store.
Toys ‘R’ Us has 41 stores nationwide and is online via GoRobinsons.
