Chinese New Year feasts not yet over at The Podium
January 24, 2023 - Tuesday 2:01 PM by Carby Rose Basina

One of the highlights of Chinese New Year is families getting together to celebrate. The "Nian Ye Fan" or Chinese New Year dinner, also called "Reunion Dinner," is said to be the most important meal of the year as family members gather together to celebrate the coming year. Considered the most loved aspect of the Spring Festival, the dinner is set to share food and time.
The Podium restaurants join in the celebration with a variety of authentic and mouth-watering Chinese cuisines. Paradise Dynasty sets the mood with its exquisite flavors from northern and southern China. These include Paradise Dynasty’s famous Specialty Xiao Long Bao as well as La Mian with Braised Pork Belly and Poached Beef in Szechuan Chili Oil.
