Whether it's the warm and genuine Cinderella who believes in her ambitions, the bold Belle who dares to be different and seeks for adventure, or the curious and brave Ariel who stands up for what she wants, Disney Princess heroines have continued to inspire fans of all ages over the years.

Former Miss Universe Queens Bea Gomez and Rabiya Mateo, together with current titleholder Celeste Cortesi transformed into Disney Princesses for their recent campaign with beauty brand, BYS Philippines.

Photographed by photographer, author, Instagram influencer, and now Youtube sensation, BJ Pascual, the creative collaboration was taken to new heights while making the launch magical.

BJ captured the three beauty queens in Disney Princess-inspired looks: Rabiya styled as Ariel, Bea representing Belle, and Celeste themed after Cinderella.

“I took a page from the Romantic Era when there was an artistic, literary, musical, and intellectual movement in Europe and wove this in around the three heroines and how we define women’s roles in society now—taking the lead in adjusting to new realities and challenges. The old damsel-in-distress narrative is out and we hope to show that in the images,” BJ reveals.

Cinderella, Belle, and Ariel designs will be the highlight of the BYS Disney Princess Collection. With 11 hypoallergenic and paraben-free products in its range, Disney fans (that’s all of us, right?) will be sure to pause and gasp when they get their hands on them. The collection includes a liquid eyeliner, mascara, eyebrow pencil, sun tint, primer, lipsticks, and more.

“We’ve always advocated for self-expression and loving yourself harder. This team-up with Disney has further inspired us to empower girls to create and celebrate the most magical, princess-powered stories and adventures to realize their full potential and create their own adventures with courage, curiosity, and kindness,” shares Angie Goyena, President of iFace, Inc.

To see the collaboration through BJ’s eyes, watch out for his vlog dropping on May 20, 2022 on his YouTube channel.

The BYS Disney Princess Collection is available at Watsons, The SM Store, and online on Amorfia, Watsons, and ShopSM.
