P1M shabu seized in Rizal drug bust

Three people were arrested due to a narcotics buy-bust operation carried out by Rizal police in Rodriguez town, Rizal and 180 grams of suspected shabu worth P1,240,000 was also seized on the afternoon of March 13.
Colonel Dominic L. Baccay, director of the Rizal Police Provincial Office, stated that the suspects were apprehended by joint agents of the Municipal Drug Enforcement Team and the Rizal Provincial Intelligence Unit.
Baccay named the suspects as Rodriguez Town residents Mark Arnibal, alias Barton, 31, a tricycle driver; Christian Cano, 27; and Charlene Aes, alias Bibe, 28.
In addition to the illegal substances, according to Baccay, the suspects also turned over a motorbike, a .45-caliber pistol, eight rounds of ammunition, and two magazines.
Currently, the suspects are being held in custody at the Rodriguez Police Station.
A complaint will be made against them under the 2002 Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
