
P2M worth of shabu seized in Las Piñas

The Southern Police District has announced the arrest of two individuals and confiscation of more or less 300 grams of shabu in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Drug Enforcement Unit operatives.
According to the report, a buy-bust operation resulted in the arrest of two women.
Confiscated were plastic bags containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu with an estimated weight of more or less 300 grams and street value of P2,040,000.00.
The arrested suspects are now under Las Piñas City Police custody, while the seized illegal drugs were endorsed to SPD Forensic Unit for chemical analysis.
“The SPD is continuing its relentless operation against illegal drugs and other forms of criminality. I would like to commend our personnel on the ground for their dedication and service to the public.” SPD Chief PBGen. Jimili Macaraeg said.
